How do I add a medication?

Tap the "+" button on the home screen, then enter the medication name, dosage, and schedule. You can also add a photo for easy identification.

How do I set up reminders?

After adding a medication, go to its schedule settings to configure reminder times. Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings.

How does the caregiver feature work?

Patients can invite caregivers by sharing an invite link or QR code from Settings. Caregivers can then monitor medication adherence. Either party can revoke access at any time.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes all your data from our servers, including medication records, caregiver links, and authentication information.

How do I restore my purchases?

Go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases." This will restore any active premium subscriptions linked to your App Store or Google Play account.

My reminders are not working

Please check the following:

  • Notifications are enabled for Kusuridoki in your device settings
  • Battery optimization is not restricting the app (Android)
  • Do Not Disturb mode is not active
  • The app has not been force-closed

Can I use the app on multiple devices?

Yes. Sign in with the same Apple or Google account on each device. Your data will sync automatically via the cloud.
